- initial office setup
- hardware / equipment purchase and setup.
- sets up new equipment such as TV, computer.
- Sets up IT architecture such as firewall, internet, radio, TV station, panorex, CT, cameras,Telephones.
Dentek is our provider for:
- Repair of daily problems
- 24/7 Online help desk
- Remote repair of local problems
- Remote repair of mobile problems ( doctors using mobile devices)
- Help desk and physical onsite help for individual employee IT problems ( my printer is not working, my screen is dead, my phone is dead)
- Joe is in charge of working with Allierad on initial office setup.
- Local offices are in charge of working with Allierad on hardware / equipment setup such as TV, computer, printer.
- Local offices are in charge of contacting Dentek for daily problems. ( joe will send you details)
- Ime is in charge of wirt office
- Joe is in charge of Westheimer office
- Denise is in charge of downtown office
- All requests from Allierad need to be by e-mail, with Joe C.C. on the e-mail. Please give a full description of the need, and add photographs of the device and location when possible. Contact Joe if it is an urgent matter and he will contact Richard.
- All requests to Dentek that are not resolved within one hour – contact joe by e-mail and he will escalate.
