What Will Happen During Your First Appointment?
During your first visit, we’ll take the time to give you a thorough dental exam, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions you have.
We respect your time, so whenever possible, we aim to start or even complete your dental treatment on the same day as your consultation. If your needs are more complex or involve specialized care—like cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, or dental implants—a second appointment may be needed to begin or finish your treatment.
Our main goal is simple: to provide you with the best dental care and a positive experience that keeps you smiling.
Patients under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
During your first visit, we’ll take the time to give you a thorough dental exam, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions you have.
To help us get to know you better, please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any recent dental X-Rays (if available)
- A list of your current medications
- Your dental insurance information and completed forms to help streamline your claim process
- A completed Midtown Dentistry new patient dental form
Essential Information We Need During Your Visit
- Your previous dentist or physician can send your X-Rays ahead of your visit
- You have any medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or artificial heart valves and joints
- You are currently undergoing cancer treatment
- You have specific dental concerns or goals, such as addressing facial trauma or planning a smile makeover
