Great experience with no surprises. Comfortable, friendly atmosphere with competent service. I have been going there for about 2 years after my dentist retired. So far, I am very pleased to find a place I can trust with my dental needs.

Valentina is as sweet as she can be and an excellent hygienist. Always makes me feel very welcomed and informed about my teeth and areas of my mouth to focus on. I highly recommend her.

I went to Midtown Dentistry today for my recall visit. Valentina took care of me as my hygienist. She was very kind, gentle, and professional. Also, Dr. Rafi was very charismatic and answered all of my concerns. Shanon at the front desk was very nice as well. I recommend this office for your dental care!

Dr. Loan is the best! I’m always nervous to go to the dentist but she always makes the experience easy and comfortable. Definitely puts me at ease! :)

I had an amazing experience here. Loan (hygienist) and Emily (assistant) were amazing. They handled me with so much care, and none of my requests went unnoticed. The doctor who administered some local anesthetics was also good. I have no complaints.

I have been going to Midtown Dentistry for about 15 years and foresee them as always being my dentist. I can’t imagine trusting my teeth to anyone else.
Just as no person is perfect, the same is true for a small business. Any less-than -flawless experience I have had I attribute to new an employee, a miscommunication, or some other kink common to dealing with people. Dr Penchas or Cynthia have always bent over backwards to fix the small issues I have had. I highly recommend Midtown Dentistry.

Always a 5 star experience. Great location, easy to schedule an appointment that accommodates my schedule and an in network provider with my insurance plan. My hygienist, Phoebe, provided a thorough yet gentle cleaning. Dr. Penchas is the star of the show! I always feel as though I’m part of the family with this team. Highly recommend!

It has been my first time going to this practice and I had a really good experience. My hygienist Ms.Loan was absolutely professional and informative and made my experience a whole lot better.

My wife and I were at Midtown Denistry yesterday for our semi annual teeth cleaning and x-rays. We were very pleased with the clinic looks and layout, very nice. The receptionist was very friendly, nice and professional. Ken, the Dental hygienists did a great job. He was very personable and pleasant, professional and good. He explained everything as he was examining and cleaning my teeth. No hurt and no pain! Dr. Gomes’ final check and exam of my teeth and X-rays were done with upmost professionalism. He was very nice and caring. Yep, a perfect five from me for the visit! 🦷😬

Loan did my cleaning and did a fabulous job. Every staff member was very polite and willing to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend a cleaning with Loan.

Omg 5 out of 5 I waz in pain she numed me up n fixed me n a jiffy thank dr. I glade. I found yall hell she snatched out 2 teeth so quick, my goodness. My dad is a patient of Dr Truong. He fell a week ago and a few days after his fall he noticed two teeth loose and hurting. I called after they opened she got him in that afternoon. He was there 4 hours for numerous issues she took care of him. So thankful for her and her staff!

Dr. Loan and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic. I’m typically not a fan of the dentist, but they make everything super easy to understand and i felt very little discomfort during my cleaning, even with how awful i’ve been at brushing. Highly recommend!

Valentina is wonderful. She does an excellent job of walking you through next steps during her cleaning. She is gentle yet thorough. She offers helpful advice in keeping my gums & teeth healthy & does it in a tactful way.

After a couple of terrible experiences finding trustworthy dentistry in Houston, I decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. I scheduled an appointment with the Dental Hygienist Loan Pham based on the overwhelming positive reviews citing her professionalism and expertise. I had a great first impression of her during our initial consultation. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, she also walked me through the process and recommended procedures while providing the x-rays that highlighted the concerned areas that warranted the recommended procedures and answered all of my questions and concerns. Hygienist Pham made me like she had my best interest in mind. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience at this dentistry and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. I'd highly recommend booking with Hygienist Loan Pham. I can confidently say that she is someone with a wealth of knowledge and experience who really takes pride in her profession and looks out for her patient's best interest.
